2. Principle The protection of your personal data is important to us. We process your data exclusively on the basis of applicable legal provisions, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG).
3. What data we collect and why
3.1 Booking and Reservation When making a lane reservation on this platform, we collect the following data:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Desired lane, date and time
- Club membership (if provided)
Purpose: Processing the booking, communication regarding changes or cancellations. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
3.2 Contact If you contact us by email or phone, we store your details in order to process your enquiry.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).
3.3 Technical Data (Server Logs) When you access the platform, technical data is automatically recorded (IP address, browser type, date and time of access). This data is used exclusively for the technical operation and security of the platform.
This platform uses only technically necessary cookies required for the operation of the website. No tracking, analytics or advertising cookies are used. Consent is not required for these cookies.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation).
4. Retention Period Booking data is stored for the duration of the business relationship and beyond for the legally required retention periods (generally 7 years under Austrian commercial law). After this period, the data is deleted.
Technical log data is automatically deleted after a maximum of 3 months.
5. Disclosure of Data Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties, except:
- where this is necessary for the performance of the contract,
- where you have given your explicit consent,
- where a legal obligation exists.
For the operation of this booking platform, we use the following technical service provider as a data processor:
eBuSy GmbH, operator of the booking software (ebusy.de)
This service provider processes personal data exclusively within the framework of data processing pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR and is contractually obliged to comply with data protection regulations.
Data is not passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.
